Shepherd

Ezekiel 34:11-12. Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I myself, even I, will search for my sheep, and will seek them out. As a shepherd seeks out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered abroad, so will I seek out my sheep; and I will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.

Ezekiel 34:15-16. I myself will be the shepherd of my sheep, and I will cause them to lie down, says the Lord Yahweh. Ezekiel 34:22-23. I save my flock, and they shall no more be a prey; and I will judge between sheep and sheep. I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them.

Hebrews 13:20-21. Now may the God of peace, who brought again from the dead the great shepherd of the sheep with the blood of an eternal covenant, our Lord Jesus, make you complete in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

Isaiah 40:11. He will feed his flock like a shepherd. He will gather the lambs in his arm, and carry them in his bosom. He will gently lead those who have their young.

John 10:1-3. Most certainly, I tell you, one who doesn’t enter by the door into the sheep fold, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. But one who enters in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name, and leads them out.

John 10:11. I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.

Matthew 9:36. When he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion for them, because they were harassed and scattered, like sheep without a shepherd.

Revelation 7:16-17. They will never be hungry, neither thirsty any more; neither will the sun beat on them, nor any heat; for the Lamb who is in the middle of the throne shepherds them, and leads them to springs of waters of life. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.

1 Peter 2:25. You were going astray like sheep; but now have returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.
