Peace

Ephesians 4:1-3.
Walk worthily of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love; being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

Galatians 5:22-23. The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

Isaiah 48:22. “There is no peace”, says Yahweh, “for the wicked.”

James 2:14-16. What good is it, my brothers, if a man says he has faith, but has no works? Can faith save him? And if a brother or sister is naked and in lack of daily food, and one of you tells them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled”; and yet you didn’t give them the things the body needs, what good is it?

Jeremiah 29:7.
Seek the peace of the city where I have caused you to be carried away captive, and pray to Yahweh for it; for in its peace you shall have peace.

John 14:27. “Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful.”

Matthew 5:9. “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God.”

Philippians 4:6-7. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Psalm 4:8.
In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety.

Psalm 37:11. The humble shall inherit the land, and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.

Psalm 85:9-10. Surely his salvation is near those who fear him, that glory may dwell in our land. Mercy and truth meet together. Righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

Romans 5:1. Being therefore justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Romans 14:19. Let us follow after things which make for peace, and things by which we may build one another up.

1 Thessalonians 5:2-4.
You yourselves know well that the day of the Lord comes like a thief in the night. For when they are saying, “Peace and safety,” then sudden destruction will come on them, like birth pains on a pregnant woman; and they will in no way escape. But you, brothers, aren’t in darkness, that the day should overtake you like a thief.

2 Timothy 2:22-23. Flee from youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. But refuse foolish and ignorant questionings, knowing that they generate strife.
