Ephesians 5:15-16. Watch carefully how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise; redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
Ezra 9:13-14. After all that has come on us for our evil deeds, and for our great guilt, since you, our God, have punished us less than our iniquities deserve, and have given us such a remnant, shall we again break your commandments, and join in affinity with the peoples that do these abominations?
Psalm 5:4-5. You are not a God who has pleasure in wickedness. Evil can’t live with you. The arrogant shall not stand in your sight. You hate all workers of iniquity.
Psalm 26:4-5. I have not sat with deceitful men, neither will I go in with hypocrites. I hate the assembly of evildoers, and will not sit with the wicked.
Romans 12:9. Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good.
Romans 12:17. Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men.
Romans 12:18-21. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, “Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.” Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.” Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
1 Corinthians 15:33. Don’t be deceived! Evil companionships corrupt good morals.
1 Timothy 6:9-11. Those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows. But you, man of God, flee these things, and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, and gentleness.
